镁钛体系聚烯烃催化剂粒径测量条件的研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用激光粒度分析仪研究了试样的复折射率、测量时间、转速和浊度对镁钛体系聚烯烃催化剂粒径测量结果的影响,并结合SEM进行表征。表征结果显示,对于镁钛体系聚烯烃催化剂的粒径测量,在通用模式下,最佳测量条件为:复折射率1.61-0.1i、测量时间小于1 min、转速1 800 r/min、浊度10%左右。在此条件下,镁钛体系聚烯烃催化剂的粒径分布结果残差值小于3%,相对标准偏差小于1%,测量结果准确且具有良好的重复性。 The effects of sample complex refractive index, measuring time, stirring speed and obscuration of the magnesium chloride-supported titanium polyolefin catalyst samples on measuring the catalyst' particle size were studied by laser particle size analyzer, and the catalyst was characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the optimal measuring conditions for the polyolefin catalyst particle size were the complex refractive index of 1.61-0.1 i, the measuring time of less than 1 minute, the stirring speed of 1 800 r/min and the obscuration of the catalysts around 10% in a analysis model for general purpose. Under the conditions, the residual error of the particle size distribution of the magnesium chloride-supported titanium polyolefin catalyst is less than 3%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 1%. The measurement results are accurate with good reproducibility.
