摘要
为了加快研制一款直径为45mm的平面旋转行波型超声波电机的驱动专用集成电路(ASIC),有必要得到其电机模型。本文根据实测的电机外特性数据,基于PSIM仿真建模,通过微调模型参数再现已测知参数范围。结果是仿真所得电机两参数模型Rm为(1.2±0.1)k,Cd为(5±0.5)nF,这为推动进一步的研究做出模型数据支持。
In order to speed up the research and development of the driving ASIC for a rotary traveling wave type ultrasonic motor with diameter of 45mm, it is necessary to obtain its motor model. In this paper, both the modeling and simulation are based on the real tested motor driving characteristics data by PSIM software. The data of the known parameters can be gathered by adjusting the unknown parameters of our model. The results of the two parameters of ultrasonic motor model show that Rm is from 1100 Ohms to 1300 Ohms and Ca is from 4.5 nF to 5.5 nF. The detail parameters of this model may promote related future research.
