摘要
美国弗吉尼亚工业学院和州立大学T.C.Poon 等人提出了光学扫描全息术,在该技术中记录时利用实时菲涅耳波带板扫描物体,但由于菲涅耳波带板边缘稀、中间密,不能充分地利用系统的分辨率,而环形光栅的边缘和中间的稀密程度一样,为此提出了环形光栅光学扫描全息术。根据线性系统理论得到系统的光学传递函数为实时环形光栅像强度分布函数的付里叶变换;系统的点扩散函数为δ函数。文中给出了理论和计算机仿真结果。
The recording of the hologram in the optical scanning holography(OSH)proposed by T.C.Poon in Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University is to use the Fresnel Zone Plate to scan the object,but as the interval between two adjacent fringes of the FZP in the center is greater than that in the edge,and as that of the circular grating (CG) is the same everywhere,in order to use the resolution of the system fully,we proposed the circular grating optical scanning holography (CGOSH).According to the linear system theory,the optical transfer function (OTF) of the system is the Fourier transfer of the image intensity distribution of the real time circular grating,and the point spread function of the system is δ function.And also in this paper we give out the theories and the computer simulations of the OTF and PSF.
