摘要
研究了利用小波理论进行电主轴状态信号的监测处理方法。阐述基于嵌入式电主轴实时测试系统的硬件体系,小波基本理论以及Mallat算法;最后以电主轴加速度信号为例,利用小波理论分析了信号与噪声呈现的不同特性,进行小波逆变换重构信号,解决了加速度信号去噪和恢复。这样可以准确提取电主轴的运行状态信息,为数控系统的决策和控制提供很好的依据,具有重要的研究意义。
A testing and processing method of motor spindle status is presented in this paper based on wavelet transform. The theory of wavelet transform and Mallat method are deeply studied. The main point discussed in this paper is how to handle the noises, especially about acceleration. According to signals and noises presenting different characteristics after wavelet transform, the inverse wavelet transform can be used to reconstruct the sig- nal. The simulating results show that signal denoising and comeback will be realized, which is significant in providing necessary basis for making scientific study of decision - making and control of numerical system by CNC.
