公共图书馆发展水平的区域差异分析——以河南省为例

Analysis of Regional Disparities in the Development of Public Libraries——Taking Henan Province as an Example

新世纪以来,我国公共图书馆事业得到了长足发展。但种种原因导致公共图书馆发展处于不均衡状态。河南省各地级市在公共图书馆数量、总藏书量、人均藏书量、图书馆发展速度等方面均存在差异,管理部门可对公共图书馆发展进行专项资助,对公共图书馆薄弱地区加大财政投入,可侧重于以人均量为依据规划财政投入;同时进一步加强资源的计算机网络共享。

The public libraries have been rapidly developed in our country in the 21^st century. However, various reasons lead to them imbalance. There are different development speed in the number of public libraries, the total collections, the per captia collections, libraries in prefectural-level cities in Henan Province. The manager could give special funding for the development of public libraries, increase financial investment in the weak areas of the public libraries, and focus on the per capita amount to plan the financial investment. In addition, resources share could been further strengthened through the network.
