摘要 大多数汽车装配完成后其后轮外倾是不需要调整的,在四轮定位上也是不具备调整性的。但随着汽车工艺的发展,许多高档汽车悬架设计越来越复杂,相对悬架参数检查的技术要求也越来越高,如何在保证产品质量的同时提高检测效率成为汽车设备应用工程师门研究的课题。实践证明,运用专门的后桥调整检测技术,可以在后轴总成装配之前调整好后轮四轮参数值,从而使后轮外倾调整从传统的四轮定位中脱离出来,达到提高整车检测效率的目的。 Most rear axle camber angles do not need rectifying after they are assembled into the vehicle, because they are not rectifiable. Most of vehicles are designed more and more complicated with the vehicle technique development, so the technical requirements for real axle measuring are more higher. Now The vehicle equipment engineers are doing a research on how to improve the measuring efficiency while keeping the vehicle of good quality. Actually, using special rear axle measuring rectifying technique, people can adjust the rear axle's parameter before the rear axle is assembled to the vehicle. Thereby the adjustment for rear axle camber angle is separated from the four wheel adjustment, and the efficiency of vehicle measuring is improved.
