ECFA时代海西城市职能分工合作机制研究

The Study on the Division and Cooperation of City Function in the West Coast of Taiwan Strait at Age of ECFA

基于城市综合职能评价体系,运用时序全局因子分析方法,文章对海峡西岸经济区城市职能影响因子进行了分析。结果表明:城市综合职能得分较高的依次是福州、温州、厦门、泉州;其中行政中枢、金融贸易、文教卫生福利事业、物流、经济管理、科学技术、社会服务水平是影响海西城市职能发挥的最重要因子,人口规模及义务教育水平次之,工业化水平和城市化水平对海西城市职能的影响较小。最后根据分析结果及海西所处的时代背景,提出了海西城市职能分工合作的建设性意见。

Based on urban comprehensive functional evaluation system,the factors of urban function in the west coast of Taiwan strait were analyzed by global principal component analysis（GPCA）.The result showed that four cities of top comprehensive evaluation score of urban function were Fuzhou,Wenzhou,Xiamen,Quanzhou;and the most important factors were administrative central,financial trade,culture-public health welfare,logistics,economic management,science and technology,social service level;the second important factors were population and compulsory education level;industrialization and urbanization play less important role in urban function.In the end,some constructive suggestions were put forward for the division and cooperation of urban function in the west coast of Taiwan Strait in the background of ECFA.
