摘要
案例教学在实现公共管理学科人才培养目标方面具有独特的优势,在实现公共管理课程教学目的方面的作用不可或缺。教学案例是有效实施案例教学的关键,而关于其功能类型的划分是教学案例选择与设计的前提。根据功能的不同,可以将公共管理教学案例概括为引导性、探索性、解释性、体验性和发展性等五种类型,它们大体可以覆盖案例教学的全过程。在不同功能类型的教学案例应用中,应注意内容的周全性、主题的鲜明性、情境的冲突性、篇幅的选择性、教师主导作用的适宜性等若干策略问题。
Case teaching has its unique advantages to achieve objectives of public administration personnel training, and it is indispensable to realize the goals of relative courses. Teaching case is the key point to effectively carry out case teaching, while the division on its functional type is the premise for selection and design of the case. According to different functions, teaching cases for public administration can be divided into five types:guidance, exploration, explanation, experience and development. They almost cover the whole process of case teaching. When they are applied, there are many strategies to emphasize:comprehensive content, distinct theme, conflict situations, length selectivity, as well as suitability of the teachers' leading role.
