Problems and Responsibilities in the Employment of University Students

大学生就业存在着滞留严重、质量低、分布失衡等问题,笔者从政府、高校、学生自身等方面分析了原因,认为强化政府责任、加强高校内涵建设、提升大学生的综合素质是解决大学生就业问题的有效途径。

There are problems of serious detention, lower quality and unbalanced distribution in the employment of university students. We analyse the reasons from governments, universities, students and employers. We put forward the effective ways to solve the problems of university students＇ employment from strengthening the governments＇ responsibilities and the connotation construction, promoting university students＇ comprehensive quality and changing concept of the employer.
