摘要
大气折射率的测量直接影响激光测长精度。本文以Ｅｄｌｅｎ公式为基础，提出了新的以相对湿度为参量的大气折射率计算公式。经误差分析，新公式不确定度为±５×１０－８。
The correction for the refractivity of air is a key aspec t of displacement interferometry metrology in air.In this paper,a convenient form ulae parametrized by temperature,pressure and relative humidity,rather than the partial pressure of water vapour,is presented to correct the refract ivity o f air .The new formulae and updated Edlen equation agree within 5×10 -8.
