摘要
研究了准分子激光辐照对ＺｎＯ陶瓷表面性能的影响，测量ＺｎＯ陶瓷在准分子激光作用前后的伏安特性变化，对准分子激光辐照前后ＺｎＯ陶瓷进行了ＸＲＤ、ＸＰＳ分析对比，分析了准分子激光对ＺｎＯ作用的机理。
It is studied that property variations of ZnO ceramer va ristor by excimer laser in this paper.And its voltage-current characters before and after irradiated by excimer laser are measured.In addition the ZnO saples be fore and after irradiated are analysed and conpared with XRD and XPS and so on.T he mechanism of the above variations is explained.
