摘要企业集团在我国经济中有举足轻重的作用,本文运用演化理论的观点,通过研究在转型经济条件下的企业集团的成立方式、战略选择与战略行为的关系,指出在政府影响下,我国企业集团主要的两种成长模式——在转型经济条件下企业成长的演化模式与在成熟市场中的一般模式,两者是不同的。 In China business groups are important organizational system and control the country＇ s economy. This paper studies the strategy behavior implicated by business group＇ s foundation and strategy choose based on evolu- tionary theory, and it indicates that there are two kinds of evolutionary pattern of business group in transition econo- my different from that in the developed markets.
