高校非营利体育组织构成及发展对策研究

A Study of the Structures and Development of Non-profit Sport in Universities

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,简要介绍了我国高校非营利体育组织,包括群众体育组织、协会体育组织、高水平运动队组织和体育场馆及培训机构组织。为了实现学校是国家优秀运动员培养和普及群众体育运动的重要基地的目的,学校各体育组织要转变职能,科学管理,明确分工,相互配合,系统训练。通过打造品牌赛事提高赛事水平,增进校际间、校友间、学校和社会间交流,充分调动社会资源支持学校体育的发展。

With the use of literature review, savant visitation, and questionnaire, we can sum up non-profit sport structures in a university as follows： mass sport structure, high-level athletic team structure, sport association struc- ture, gymnasium manage and training institution structure. In order for the school to be realized as an important channel to cultivate excellent athlete, every sport structure of school will mutate its function, as to carry out scien- tific management, mutual cooperation, and systemic training. Through organizing first-class games to advance ath- lete level, we can build up relationship and intercommunion with other schools and make the best uses of social re- sources for the development of sport.
