Determination of Eucalyptole in Eucalyptus Oil by Gas Chromatography

应用气相色谱法测定桉油中桉油精的含量,结果与中国药典法测定结果基本一致。该法操作简便,快速准确,且样品用量少,变异系数小于0.52%。

This paper reports the determination of eucalyptole in eucalyptus oil by gas chromatography. The results were similar to the specifications in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive and requires only small amount of samples. The coefficient of variation is≤0.52%.
