摘要 LTE(LONG TERM EVOLUTION,长期演进)项目是3G与4G技术之间的一个过渡,它改进并增强了3G的空中接入技术,改善了小区边缘用户的性能,提高小区容量和降低系统延迟。文章首先从发展背景、技术特征和核心技术等方面对LTE进行了介绍,又对LTE的网络结构特征进行了说明,最后对LTE的发展前景进行了简单的分析。 LTE (LONG TERM EVOLUTION) project is a transition between 3G and 4G technology. It improves and enhances the 3G air access technology, perfects the performance of the edge users, improves the community capacity and reduces the system delay. This paper first introduces LTE, from its development background, technical features and key technology, then, explains the characteristics of the network structure,. In the end, the paper briefly analyzes the development prospects of LTE.
