二元乙丙橡胶与苯乙烯接枝共聚物的合成研究 被引量:1

摘要 以合成的正丁基锂为引发剂合成不同分子量的活性聚苯乙烯,将二元氯化乙丙橡胶与活性聚苯乙烯进行接枝共聚反应.采用核磁对其结构进行表征,采用称量法计算接枝参数,并研究了单体的浓度、反应时间、聚苯乙烯的分子质量等因素对接枝率和接枝效率的影响.结果表明:选择适当的单体浓度和反应时间可以得到具有较好接枝参数的共聚物. The graft copolymers were synthesized by solution graft polymerization of chloridizing ethylene propylene and activity polystyrene with different molecular with n-butyl lithium as initiator. The structure of the copolymers characterized by NMR and the grafting parameters were calculated gravimetrically. The influence of the polymerization conditions, such as reaction time, concentration of monomer, molecular mass of polystyrene on the grafted rate and grafting efficiency were investigated. The results show that the higher grafted parameters copolymers need proper concentration of monomer and reaction time.
