摘要
研究了 FeNiCrsiB 非晶软磁合金薄带的磁性和巨磁阻抗效应。磁阻抗比△Z/Z_s 不仅与样品的磁特性有关,而且与交变电流频率f和外加直流磁场 H有密切的关系。对退火 温度为350℃,退火时间为90min的样品,在交变电流频率为2MHz下。磁阻抗比△Z/Z_s=(Z_0-Z_s) / Z_s最高可达 53.7%。
In this paper we have studied the magnetic properties and giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) effect in amorphous FeNiCrSiB soft magnetic ribbons. The MI ratio △Z/Z_S is not only dependent on the magnetic properties of the sample,but also dependent on the applied magnetic field H and frepuency f of ac current. The MI ratio of samples is defined as △Z/Z_S =(Z_0 -Z_S)/Z_S. After annealed at 350℃ for 90min, the MI ratio of FeNiCrSiB sample can reach a value of 53.7% at 2 MHz.
