吕梁学院体育专业学生就业去向调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Sports Professional Students Employment in Luliang University

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数据统计法及逻辑推理法等方法,通过对吕梁学院体育系2007、2008、2009三届专科毕业生就业情况进行跟踪调查,分析毕业生就业的基本现状及其特点,并就毕业生就业满意度及对课程设置等方面存在的问题进行深入细致研究,并对我校体育教育专业课程体系的改革、思维观念的转变、教学内容的更改、课程优化的组合、师范技能的增强提出相应的对策,为鼓励毕业生认清形势、转变就业观念、提高综合素质、拓宽就业途径提供有益的参考。

Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logical reasoning, by tracking survey on 2007, 2008, 2009 college graduates employment situation from the physi- cal education department of Luliang University, this paper analyzes the basic condition and characteristics of col- lege graduates, makes deeply research on the existing problems of graduates＇employment satisfaction and course setting, and puts forward corresponding measurements for school physical education curriculum system reform, the transformation of thought, the change of teaching content, curriculum optimization combination and normal skill enhancement. The main purpose is to provide beneficial reference for encouraging graduates to get a clear understanding of the situation, changing the concept of employment, improving the comprehensive quality and widening the employment way.
