Investigation and Study on the Weekend life and Physical Exercise Status of Middle School Students in Guangdong Province

文章以4400名在校中学生为被试者,通过调查了解中学生周末的生活内容、时间管理、生活评价及其体育生活状况,进而分析和掌握中学生周末生活被挤压和蚕食的严重程度,讨论评估其对中学生健康生活方式养成的影响和对身心健康的影响,以期引起学校、社会和家长的关注和重视。

Taking 4400 middle school students as research objects, this paper investigates their weekend life con- tent, time management, life evaluation and physical exercise status, analyzes the middle school students＇weekend life to be extruded and nibble severity, discuss its influence on their health life habit and mental and physical health. The main purpose is to catch attention of school, society and parents.
