By using the methods of the literature review, logical analysis, deduction and induction, this paper an- alyzes the definition of sports culture, sports and cultural connotation, as well as the coexistence of diverse forms, and puts forward the sports and cultural value of harmony and return. Leisure sports culture value by social needs to personal needs transition, ＂humanistic value＂ of human future sports culture value ideal, ＂happy sports＂ hu- man sports culture value of the final regression.
