现代公民身份的生成绝非简单意义上的个体权利生长与社会地位的提升,其深层次的原因在于整个人类生存方式实现了重大变革,从而获取了一种更为优良的政治生活品质。本文力图以总体性的哲学研究来昭示现代公民身份生成的内在逻辑,以自由作为人性动力,将个体社会政治身份的转型归结为权利与权力、社会与国家之间的纠葛,力求更为深刻地揭示这一过程内在的本质规律。

The generation of modern civil identity involves not only individual rights' growth and social position's enhancement,but also the major changes of the whole human life styles from deep level to obtain higher quality of political life.This article tries hard to make clear the intrinsic logic of the generation of modern civil identity by overall philosophical research.The paper also takes freedom as human motive power,and attributes the transformation of individual social political identity to the entanglement between rights and power,society and state so as to reveal the essential rules of this process more profoundly.
