摘要
本文通过对工读学校教师压力和应对方式的调查和分析,了解工读学校教师的压力源、应对方式特点及规律。研究对象为朝阳区工读学校等7所学校的620名一线教师,进行《应对方式问卷》及自编《工读学校教师压力认识调查表》的测量、统计与分析。研究结果显示:工读教师承受着很大的压力,参与本次调查的工读教师中,有94.63%的教师自感承受着中度以上的压力,其中有73.32%的教师认为压力很大。工读教师的压力主要来自于六个方面,其大小按照频次分布依次为工作压力、学校压力、社会压力、家庭压力、需求压力、人际压力。工读教师面对压力采用的首选方式是解决问题和求助等较为成熟、积极的应对策略。
According to the investigation and analysis of reformatory school teachers' psychological pressure and their coping styles,this paper gets the teachers' press source,characteristics and patterns of their coping style.We distributed the 'Coping Style Questionnaire' and 'Questionnaire of stress cognition for reformatory school teachers' to 620 teachers from Chaoyang Reformatory School and the other 6 schools,and carried on measurement,statistics and analysis.The research shows that reformatory school teachers are under heavy stress.94.63% of 620 teachers are under the pressure of moderate or above among which 73.32% think that they are under great pressure.There are 6 pressure sources of the reformatory school teachers which are working pressure,social pressure,family stress,demand pressure and interpersonal pressure according to frequency size.Facing pressure,reformatory teachers preferred the way that is more mature and positive such as solving problems or asking for help.
