摘要
目的研究超鞭毛虫下呼吸道感染患者的免疫功能变化并初步探讨超鞭毛虫下呼吸道感染的发病机制。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测超鞭毛虫下呼吸道感染患者和普通下呼吸道感染(非超鞭毛虫)患者血清中IgG、IgA、IgM、补体3(C3)、干扰素(IFN)-γ、白细胞介素(IL)-4,采用流式细胞仪检测两组患者T细胞亚群和NK细胞,两组间检测结果比较。结果与对照组相比,超鞭毛虫下呼吸道感染患者血清IgG、IgM、C3、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IFN-γ、IL-4水平明显改变(P<0.05)。结论超鞭毛虫下呼吸道感染体内存在一定的免疫功能紊乱,可能正是这种紊乱导致了超鞭毛虫能够感染人体下呼吸道。
Objective To study the changes in immune function of patients with lower respiratory tract hypermastigote infection and to preliminarily study the pathogenesis of hypermastigote infection in lower respiratory tract.Methods Serum levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,IFN-Υ and IL-4 were detected by ELISA and T cell subsets and NK cells were examined with flow cytometry.Results Serum levels of IgG,IgM,C3,CD4 +,CD4 + / CD8 +,NK cell,IFN-Υ and IL-4 were significantly different between trial group and control group.Conclusion The imbalance of immune function exists in patients with lower respiratory tract hypermastigote infection.It is possible that this imbalance results in lower respiratory tract promastigote infection.
