鸡红细胞在弱的瞬态电磁脉冲作用下的电穿孔研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用弱的瞬态电磁脉冲 ,在超宽频带横电磁波传输室中对鸡红细胞进行照射 ,通过扫描电镜观察 ,发现在低强度电场 (约 2 0 V/ cm)的作用下 ,鸡红细胞出现了电穿孔 ,且孔的直径在 10 0~ 70 0 nm。初步分析了形成电穿孔的机理。 Weak transient electromagnetic pulses (TEMP) are used for radiating on some chick′s red blood cells in a broad band transverse EM wave cell (BTEM Cell). A few pores can be observed on the red blood cell′s membrane by scanning electron microscope (SEM) under low electric field (about 20V/cm) irradiation. The diameter of these pores are 100~700nm. The mechanism of electroporation is analysed preliminarily.
