摘要
本文讨论了彩色PDP喷砂工艺中障壁粉清除速率与喷砂工艺控制参数之间的关系,提出了用障壁粉清除速率公式来控喷砂工艺的方法。
The relation between the ablation rate and the process parameters of sand blasting in color PDP is studied and formularized in this paper.The methods of controlling sand blasting process with the rib paste ablation rate formula are put forword,whick can be useful to the control ability of sand blasting process and the consistency of the barrier rib.
