摘要
分析了影响气象水文装备退役决策的主要因素,建立气象水文装备退役的物元模型及关联函数。运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,计算各待退役装备的关联度,并以此优选退役的气象水文装备,为决策提供依据。
The factors that affect the retired decision-making of MET-HYD (meteorological and hydrological)equipments is analyzed. Then matter-element model and correlation function of retired MET- HYD equipments are established. The weight of each factor is ascertained by using AHP (analytic hierarchy process) ,calculating the relational degree of each pending retired equipment The relational degree is used in selective preference of the retired MET-HYD equipments and provides evidence for decision-making.
