摘要
本文提出了一种基于R Q模型的缓存控制技术 ,着重讨论了根据R Q模型分配各编码帧的目标编码码率、模型参量的修正方法和各种编码帧量化因子比例的调节。模拟结果表明 ,此项缓存控制技术不仅能准确预测编码码率 ,而且能自适应视频的场景变化 ,使解码图像质量比较均匀。
A new buffer control method based on R Q model is presented in this paper.We mainly discussed:the allocation of different coding types frame's target bits based on the R Q model,the method used to adjust the model parameters and the adjustment of the proportion of quantization factor of different coding types frame.Simulation result shows that the buffer control strategy can not only predict the video coder's output correctly,but also adapt the scene changes in video,get similar decoded image quality.
