数字散斑干涉技术在振动分析中的应用

Application of Interfere Technique of Numeral Speckle in Shake Analyse

本文分析了散斑干涉的原理，采用双光束激光散斑干涉法，设计了一种数字散斑干涉的振动测量系统，给出了实验结果并对实验结果进行了讨论。

On the basis of analysis principle of speckle interfere, a measurement system of shake of numeral speckle interfere was designed use method of interfere of twin-laser speckle in this paper. The experiment result have been show and discussed.
