摘要
螺旋钻采煤机作为煤矿生产中的关键设备,在薄煤层或极薄煤层的开采中有着广阔的应用前景。螺旋叶片作为螺旋钻采煤机工作的主要部件,首先对煤块在钻式采煤机螺旋叶片的运动规律进行分析,并对螺旋叶片进行了强度校核,最后建立对螺旋钻采煤机钻杆轴联接套套筒的数学优化模型,对螺旋钻采煤机钻杆轴联接套进行优化设计。
Screw miner is the key equipment in the production of coal, which has great application prospects in coal mining in thin coal seam or coal seam mining. As the main component of helical blade of screw coal miner, in this article , firstly, drilling coal shearer spiral vane motor was analyzed, and intensity checking is made to the helical vane, finally to establish a mathematical optimization model of coal auger drill shaft connecting sleeve, the optimization design is made to coal auger drill shaft connecting sleeve.
