摘要
根据煤矿井下液压支架搬运车结构特性进行模型简化,分析其原地转向数学模型并分析轮距、轴距等主要参数对转向油缸出力的影响。并以转向力最小为优化目标,借助Matlab软件进行有约束优化分析,提出优化后的总体布置参数。为支架运输车总体设计提供参考与借鉴。
Following the structure characteristics of the underground coal mine support carriers, simplified its model,analysed its situ steering mathematical model and found the influences to the turning force by the parameters ：the wheelbase, the width etc.. And for the purpose of minimizing the turning force, using the Matlab tool , optimized the model with some constrains, improved the general parameters,and provided experiences for the overall design of the carriers.
