摘要
在AMEsim平台上建立液压支架电液控制系统的仿真模型,通过对电磁先导阀阻尼变化的分析,得出了电磁先导阀阻尼对动态特性影响规律,分析表明,随着阻尼销的径向间隙的变化,阻尼系数变化,阀芯位移超调量改变,阀芯位移振荡的时间也发生改变,先导阀完全开启时间变化也很大。为合理设计阻尼销的径向间隙提供了一定的依据。
In the AMEsim platform,this article made a simulation model of support electrohydraulic control system, after analysis with structural parameters of electromagnetic pilot valve such as damping, we got electromagnetic pilot valve structure parameters on dynamic properties, analysis shows that. As damping pin radial gap changes, damping coefficient, spool displacement overshoot change, spool displacement oscillation time changes, the pilot valve fully open time of great changes. The reasonable design of damping pin radial clearance.
