摘要
分析了矿用乳化液泵站中电磁卸荷阀的结构和工作原理,建立数学模型。运用AMESim软件对电磁卸荷阀进行建模和仿真研究,分析不同参数对电磁卸荷阀动态特性的影响。对电磁卸荷阀的理论设计提供参考。
This paper analyzes structure and working principle of electromagnetic unloading valve in emulsion pump station for coal mine. The mathematical model is established .The electromechanical unloading valve is modeled and simulated based on amesim software. This paper analyzes influence with different parameters on dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic unloading valve and provide reference for design of theory for electromagnetic unloading valve related parameters.
