摘要
为了提高GCr15钢耐磨性,通过对GCr15钢进行ECAE工艺处理后,对比在不同载荷、滑动速度条件下GCr15钢摩擦学性能,通过分析磨损表面形貌来探讨其磨损的机理。研究结果表明,ECAE处理可以显著地降低GCr15钢在摩擦过程中的摩擦系数;经过ECAE处理的GCr15钢与未经处理之前的磨损量在相等的时间段内均降低;退火处理及ECAE工艺处理后的GCr15钢磨损表面的黏着剥落现象比挤压前要轻微。
In order to improve GCrl5 steel wear resistance, through ECAE treatment for GCrl5 steel, comparison in different load, sliding velocity conditions GCrl5 steel tribological properties through analysis to examine its worn surface wear of mechanism. Findings suggest that, ECAE processing can significantly reduce GCrl5 steel friction coefficient in friction process; Equality through equal channel angular extrusion processing within time period of wear of GCrl5 steel below without prior processing; After ECAE and annealing,the alloy sample adhesion spalling phenomena of wear surface of specimen wear surface than before the squeeze to minor.
