摘要
结合国家防爆标准GB3836.2-2010和机械加工工艺的要求,对焊接隔爆外壳从外壳焊接、机械加工和检验3个方面进行工艺性探讨。对焊接工艺过程引起的焊接应力和变形从设计、工艺措施等方面进行分析,对消除焊接应力的方法进行了介绍;从加工引起各种误差入手,对影响隔爆面精度的加工各种环节因素进行了分析,提出了减少或防止的措施;对隔爆外壳的检查进行了阐述,对加工总工艺流程进行分析,提出了注意事项。
Combined with the national explosion-proof standard GB3836.2-2010 and machining requirements, explores welding flameproof enclosure for welding, machining and testing process. Describes the methods of eliminating welding stress; Analyses of the various factors influencing the flameproof surface accuracy of error;Proposes measures to reduce or prevent; Elaborates review content and method of flameproof enclosure, analyses the flameproof enclosure total process flow, puts forward the matters needing attention.
