摘要
针对薄壁类零件加工过程中刚性差,容易产生变形而导致形位误差超差等问题,对薄壁零件产生超差的原因进行了系统的分析,并通过对典型薄壁零件的车削工艺、夹具设计、刀具参数选取、热处理等多方面综合分析,制定出典型薄壁零件加工的一套工艺方案,有效地解决了薄壁零件加工过程中的变形及超差问题。
Based on the low rigidity of the thin wall part, the part will deform easily during machining, and then lead to oversize of form and position error. The article analyses the reason of machining errors systematically, and comprehensively analyses lathing process,design of clamp, selection of cut parameters, heat treatment of typical thin wall part,then make out a set of processing technology scheme of thin wall part, and solve the problem of deformation and oversize of the part during machining effectively.
