介绍了一种新型煤矿用履带式全液压钻车的整体设计、结构布局、钻臂等主要部件的设计思路。该新型钻车采用履带车载结构,全液压驱动,具有自动换钎、防卡钎装置,可以在狭窄的巷道里自由通行,到达钻孔位置,并进行全方位钻孔,可满足煤矿井下各种施工要求,具有广阔的市场前景。

This paper introduces a kind of new coal mine with caterpillar full hydraulic drill,includes integral design of car, structure layout, drilling arm of main parts of design ideas. The new car caterpillar vehicle structures by drilling,full hydraulic pressure drives, have automatically change drill rod, prevent card drill rod device ,can freely passage in narrow lane, arrived at reservation of drilling position ,and carry on omni-directional drilling,can meet various mine construction requirements,and has a broad market prosoect.
