基于虚拟仪器的冲击载荷采集系统设计

Design of Impact Load Acquisition System Based on Virtual Instrument

摘要 介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的数据采集系统。系统设计以工业控制计算机为核心,以微型压力传感器、信号放大器和数据采集卡组成硬件平台,采用LabVIEW软件设计数据采集软件平台,实现了实验过程中冲击载荷的实时采集、显示和保存。实验验证系统稳定可靠。 An acquisition system based on virtual instrument technology was introduced. The hardware platform of system was made up of industrial control computer, mini pressure sensor, signal amplifier and data acquisition card, industrial control computer was core. The data acquisition platform was based on LabVIEW software. The system was able to carry out real time data acquiring, displaying and saving for loading force during testing. The system was proved to be stable and reliable.
