摘要
某发电厂磨煤机在磨辊轴承更新后,轴承在短时间内发生了点蚀,磨损严重而造成损坏。通过受力分析找到了造成轴承损坏的原因,主要是轴承承受的轴向力影响轴承的使用寿命。重新选择轴承后改变了轴向力的影响,提高了轴承的Cr值,延长了使用寿命。
After grinding roller bearing of coal mill has been renewed in a power plant, pitting occurred on bearing in a short time, and bearing broke down caused by serious wear. The cause of bearing damage is finded by means of stress analysis. The main raason is that axial force that bearing withstand influences bearing life. The influence of axial force is changed after updating bearing. The bearing Cr values is improved ,and life is also extend.
