摘要
为了了解采煤工作面液压支架在不同时段的工作状态及出现的故障,在已检测到液压支架压力的基础上,利用这些采集到的压力数据,提出了利用模糊分析识别的方式,判断出支架的工作状态,同时采用stateflow(有限状态机)监测、诊断液压支架工作过程中产生的一些故障和错误,并通过简易的自适应控制算法进行自动调整。
In order to comprehend hydraulic support coal face in different time interval working condition and generated fault,the measures are as follows. A way of fuzzy analysis identification was proposed to judge working condition of trestle based on detecting hydraulic support stress and collected stress data. The stateflow was adjusted to monitor and diagnose bug and fault of hydraulic pressure trestle in working process. A simple self-control algorithm is applied to realize its selfmodulation.
