摘要
第三代移动通信系统已成为当今移动通信领域最受关注的问题。目前，中国正高速发展移动通信网，在从第二代向第三代过渡的演变过程中，采取何种策略，是运营商、制造商乃至移动用户所关心的焦点。文章从网络技术、设备技术和业务的角度，探讨了中国移动通信网向第三代移动通信过渡的动因和存在的问题，提出了以业务过渡为线索的演变方案。
Recently,IMT 2000, a 3G mobile telecommunication system, becomes the focus of the study in mobile communication field. While the second mobile system being developed quickly in China now, the evolution strategy of the mobile communication network is widely discussed among Chinese mobile operators, manufacturers and mobile users. Analysing the current status of Chinese mobile network, this paper discusses network technology, equipment technology and mobile services. Further more, a new idea for the evolution of Chinese mobile network is proposed.
