社会技能训练对维持治疗期精神分裂症患者预后的影响

The Influence of Social Skills Training on the Prognosis of the Patients with Schizophrenia in Maintenance Treatment Period

目的:探讨分析精神分裂症患者维持治疗期采用社会技能训练对其预后的影响。方法:收集70例维持治疗期精神分裂症患者入组,按入组编号随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例,两组患者均以抗精神病药物维持治疗,但观察组在此基础上加以社会技能训练,观察随访半年,比较两组患者治疗前后BPRS评分及SDSS评分情况、复发情况。结果:半年后,两组患者BPRS评分及SDSS评分均较前降低,且观察组治疗后的BPRS和SDSS评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率5.71%明显低于对照组的22.86%,两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者维持治疗期采用社会技能训练可明显改善其预后,降低复发率,促进患者早日康复。

Objective： To investigate the social skills training for the prognosis of the patients with schizophrenia in maintenance treat- ment period. Methods： 70 cases with schizophrenia in maintenance treatment period were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to numbers, 35 cases of each group. The two groups were given maintenance treatment by antipsychotic drugs, and the obser- vation group was given social skills training on the basis of antipsychotic, then observed and followed up for 6 months. The BPRS score, SDSS score and recurrence were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results： Six months later, the BPRS score and SDSS score were lower than before, and after the treatment, the BPRS score and SDSS score in the observation group were better than the con- trol group （P〈0.05）; the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.71% lower than 22.86% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The patients with schizophrenia in maintenance treatment period using social skills training can significantly improve the prognosis, reduce the relapse rate, and promote early recovery of the patients.
