摘要
针对微波组件ATS的构建过程中遇到的核心问题,本文采用TestCenter平台和Rational统一过程相结合的开发策略。使用该开发策略构建的ATS,在满足大量参数的精确测试基础上,不仅能提高系统的适应性、开发效率和节约开发成本,而且方便系统的扩展和升级。该开发策略已在中国电科某研究所的微波组件ATS中得到应用,并取得了很好的效果。
The core problems of building the ATS of Microwave Module are accuracy, adaptability and effi~＇iency of develop- ment. According to the problems, this paper presents a developing strategy based on TestCenter and Rational Unified Process for Au- tomatic Test System. This developing strategy not only can increase applicability, extensibility and effioiency of development, but also can reduce the cost. This developing strategy has been well applied to an ATS of Microwave Module in an institute of CETC.
