摘要
"十二五"社会发展和国家竞技运动发展的新要求新理念就是关注道德文化的培养教育。本文采用文献资料及访谈等研究方法,以运动员的思想品德教育为研究对象,梳理了训练课中思想品德教育的作用、内容及形式等。提出了在训练课中运用评比竞赛、结合训练内容、管理者示范作用等进行思想品德教育的方法和策略,并从加强中国体育发展史与美学教育的角度提出了改善训练课思想品德实效的观点。认为利用运动训练课的独特教育环境可以达到良好的运动员德育效果。
