摘要 为了解引江济太工程的调水效益,采用分摊系数法、生产率变动法、水污染经济损失计算模型等方法,分别从经济、社会和环境三方面对调水效益进行量化,初步评估2010年引江济太调水为太湖流域受水区的经济、社会和环境带来的各种效益和影响。结果表明,2010年度引江济太调水综合效益约44.4亿元,工程调水效益显著。 In order to acquire the benefits of the Yangtze River water transfer project,some methods,such as sharing coefficient method,the productivity change method and the calculation model of water pollution induced economic loss,are used to quantify the benefits of water transfer project from the aspects of economy,society and environment.A variety of economic,social and environmental impacts and benefits are assessed preliminary for water intake regions of the Yangtze River water transfer in 2010.The results show that the benefit of the Yangtze River water transfer in 2010 is about 4.44 billion Yuan and the benefit of the water transfer project is perfectly obvious.
