摘要
基于Numeca的数值模拟功能,以N-S方程为控制方程,采用Sparlart-Allmaras湍流模型和结构化网格,分别对混流式水轮机有无副叶片情况下长短叶片、活动导叶、固定导叶等过流部件的流场进行三维数值模拟,并利用Numeca自带的后处理模块CFView对比分析了两次模拟结果的速度矢量分布、压力矢量分布和流场状况。结果表明,副叶片可使流场的速度矢量、压力矢量分布更加均衡、过流能力更好、水力效率更高。
Based on the numerical simulation function of Numeca,taking Navier-Stokes equations as control equation,Sparlart-Allmaras turbulent model and the structural mesh method are adopted to simulate three-dimensional flow field of water passing parts of Francis turbine,such as long-short blade,guide vane and stay vane of Francis turbine with and without auxiliary blades.And then the distribution of velocity vector,pressure vector and flow field of two simulations are analyzed by using CFView in post-processing module of Numeca.The results show that the auxiliary blade can make distribution of velocity vector and pressure vector more balanced;it has good water passing capacity and higher hydraulic efficiency.
