重度子痫前期并发左心力衰竭38例临床观察

Clinical observation on 38 cases of severe pre-eclampsia complicated with left heart failure

目的回顾性总结重度子痫前期并发左心衰的临床特点及原因。方法 2010～2011年间产科收治患者692例,其中发生重度子痫前期并发左心衰患者38例(5.49%),回顾性的观察患者发病的情况,总结重度子痫前期并发左心衰的临床特点及治疗、预防措施。结果 38例重度子痫前期并发左心衰的产妇经积极的治疗均痊愈出院,无死亡患者(0%);娩出新生儿方面,1例因新生儿窒息而死亡(2.63%)。结论重度子痫前期并发左心衰发病隐匿、急骤,治疗困难,对此应积极进行产前检查,及早发现、治疗原发病,并在出现临床症状后及时的治疗,防止病情继续进展。

Objective To summarize the clinical features and causes for severe pre - eclampsia complicated with left heart failure. Methods Among 692 inpatients in obstetric ward of this hospital during 2010 to 2011, the clinical data of 38 cases （5.49%） of severe pre - eclampsia complicated with left heart failure were retrospectively reviewed, and conditions of patients and their clinical features, method for treatment and preventive measures were summarized. Results Thirty eight cases of severe pre - eclampsia complicated with left heart failure were healed and discharged after active treatment. No death （0%） occurred. One newborn died of neonatal asphyxia （2.63%）. Conclusion The onset of left heart failure in patients with severe pre - eclampsia is sudden and acute, its treatment is difficult, hence it should be actively prevented and timely treated in order to prevent the advance of disease.
