摘要
目的探讨bFGF对酒精中毒所致的肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用白酒灌胃复制慢性酒精中毒大鼠模型。测定肝组织ATP酶活力、SOD活力和MDA含量及血清ALT、AST活性。结果与正常对照组比较,酒精中毒模型组大鼠血清ALT、AST活性明显升高,肝组织ATP酶和SOD活力显著降低而MDA含量明显升高;经过bFGF治疗后血清ALT、AST活性明显降低,肝组织中ATP酶和SOD活力显著升高而MDA含量显著降低。结论 bFGF对慢性酒精中毒所致的肝损伤具有保护作用。
【Objective】 To study protective action of bFGF in rats with liver damage caused by chronic alcoholic intoxication.【Methods】 To set up the rat model of chronic alcoholic intoxication by pouring alcohol into stomach and then to test the activity of ATPase and SOD in liver tissue,the content of MDA and the activity of ALT and AST in serum.【Results】 Compared with the control group,the activity of ALT and AST in serum in the model group rose obviously while the activity of ATPase and SOD in liver tissue reduced and the content of MDA rose significantly.However,the activity of ALT and AST in serum reduced significantly and the activity of ATPase and SOD in liver tissue rose significantly while the content of MDA reduced significantly in the model group by administrated bFGF.【Conclusion】 There is a protective action of bFGF to liver damage caused by chronic alcoholic intoxication.
