阴道超声引导下无痛人工流产术终止早期妊娠的临床分析

Clinical analysis on painless artificial abortion under the guidance of transvaginal ultrasonography for termination of early pregnancy

目的探讨阴道超声引导下无痛人工流产术终止早期妊娠的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月至2011年6月确诊为宫内早期妊娠,要求行无痛人工流产术的妇女400例为研究对象,按其手术方式分为两组,观察组(n=200例)行阴道超声引导下无痛人工流产术,对照组(n=200例)行传统无痛人工流产术。采用回顾性分析方法,比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术中及术后并发症和术后阴道流血时间等情况。结果阴道超声引导下无痛人工流产术终止早期妊娠术中出血少,手术时间短,并发症少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后阴道流血时间两组差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道超声引导下无痛人工流产术终止早期妊娠手术比传统的无痛人工流产术安全、可靠、成功率高、并发症少,尤其适用于有高危因素的人工流产患者,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of painless artificial abortion guided by transvaginal ultrasonography for termination of early pregnancy. Methods Four hundred women with early pregnancy during January 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 200） and control group （ n = 200）, cases in observation group were taken with painless artificial abortion guided by transvaginal ultrasonography and cases in control group by traditional painless artificial abortion. Their clinical data were restrospectively analyzed. Results There were significant differences in volume of blood loss, duration of operation and incidence of complications between these two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , there was no significant difference in duration of vaginal bleeding between these two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Painless artificial abortion guided by transvaginal uhrasonography for termination of early pregnancy is mare effective, safe and successful, and it is especially suitable for high risk cases ,thus it can reduce complications, hence it is worthy to be recommended for application.
