摘要 《幼儿园教师专业标准》是在为满足我国学前教育事业发展需要与应和国际幼儿园教师专业发展趋势的背景下,作为落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的一项紧迫任务而制订颁布的。对《幼儿园教师专业标准》研制的指导思想和主要特点的深入分析,有助于全面理解和准确把握《幼儿园教师专业标准》的基本理念,并在实践中更好地贯彻执行,推动我国建设高素质、专业化的幼儿园教师队伍。 The kindergarten teachers' professional standards was carried to meet the demands of Chinese preschool education's development, and response to the international kindergarten teachers' professional development trend and implement the national long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020). To analysis its background, guiding ideology and basic characteristics of the kindergarten teachers' professional standards will contribute to fully understand and accurately grasp the basic concepts, and implement in practice, which would promote the construction of high-quality and professional kindergarten teachers.
