摘要
采用工业大气挂片法、电化学方法、俄歇电子能谱法、辉光放电光谱分析法等对两种不同类型冷轧钢板:超低碳非高强钢A与高强钢B表面耐蚀性能进行了对比研究,并对锈蚀机理进行了探讨。结果表明,在相同试验条件下超低碳非高强钢A的表面耐蚀性能优于高强钢B;高强钢B表面Mn元素的富集程度明显高于非高强钢A表面,其表面分布有许多小颗粒,以Mn的氧化物形式存在。
Corrosion resistance properties of two different types of ultra-low-carbon and low strength steel A and high strength steel B were compared by methods of industrial atmosphere exposure,electro-chemical analysis,AES and GDS(glow discharge spectrometry) analysis,and the rusting mechanism was also discussed.Results showed that the surface corrosion resistance of low strength steel A was superior to that of high strength steel B under the same test conditions.The aggregation of Mn element in high strength steel B surface was much higher than that in low strength steel A.Many tiny particles in the form of Mn oxide distributed in the surface of high strength steel B.
